The Royal Family who all were assasinated

We know all that our King Birendra, Queen Aishwerya,

King Dipendra and all their family were assassinated at the dangerous gun massacre which took place in Royal Palace on night of 1 June, 2001. This news is tearful for us which we can never imagine. Our King, who provided us the love and prosperity; who saved us and our Nepal; who gave us the Democracy and human rights; who is not smaller than our own father has left us. Our Eyes become tearful when we remember him and his family. Our salute always goes towards him in whole of our life. Go to top

This we know, our king is not with us. But, let we think that why is he not with us ? Why did he leave us ? Why did he leave the Nation ? Not only the King, why the whole royal family left the Earth ? This is, because they became the victim of dangerous gun massacre in royal palace. But, how did this kind of dangerous massacre take place ? It is the serious matter.

The Newspaper and many foreign medias are disseminating the news that the late Crown Prince Dipendra shot his parents including his brother and sister and other senior members of his family becoming unsatisfied with the matter of his mother (the late Queen Aishwerya) about his marriage and his bride. Is it true ? Can we think so ? Can we imagine this kind of behavior of our late King Dipendra ? I think, no ! I mean, I can't believe that our late crown prince Dipendra shot our late King and Queen. Not only I, but also almost Nepali people don't think it and don't believe on this matter. We the Nepali people respect our King as an incarnation of the Lord Vishnu, and we can't suspect on any matter to our King. We believe that the King does no wrong at all. And so, we can never imagine and believe that our King may do wrong and may be murderer. If not, who shot all ........? Who is hiding behind this massacre ?! It is the matter of mystery and concern for all of us.

This massacre is only one biggest massacre in the history of Nepal. We have read and heard about Kot Massacre, but it is too bigger than Kot Massacre. It may be one of the rarely incident in the world too. The eyes of the world is in Nepal at this time.IGo to top

On 4 June, 2001; the Royal Council has coroneted HM Gyanendra as the king of Nepal. But, many people here are not recognizing HM Gyanendra as the king. So, the demonstrations took place inside Kathmandu valley. And so, the Government declared 'Curfew in Kathmandu valley and other parts of the Nations for three days. More than six innocent Nepali people lost their lives during the Curfew.

The Situation of our Nation is that what will happen when no one can say. What action will HM Gyanendra take, and what will happen, people are fearing. Some senior journalists were arrested by the Police for publishing just an Article of Dr. Baburam Bhattarai (Senior Leader of CPN- Maoist). The rights of press is being violated.

After this all, every one can imagine that the democracy and human rights in Nepal is in too danger.

At this situation of the Nation, I request all our Brothers and Sisters to be always ready to take Action for the protection of human rights and democracy. I request you all to raise your voices (from inside and outside the Nation) for the protection of democracy and human rights. Specially for the Brothers and Sisters residing outside Nepal, I request you all to leave your works for some time and move to save our Nation and Democracy. You can do better from there. Please, raise your voice there. The Democracy and human rights may be collapsed, and the future of all of us may be fully dark. Be aware always in any incident in Nepal and take urgent actions. 'If our Nation is lost, our identity and we will be lost', let you keep this truth in your mind. If any serious incident is happened here, I mean if the democracy and human rights is collapsed, we, the people will be responsible for this. Let we be united and move for peaceful movements to save our Nation, Democracy and Human Rights. Our country is the Country of Lord Buddha and Mt. Everest. The World people love us because of these identities. But, if the Nation is recognized as the land of terrorists, murderers, black marketers, frauds, etc. we will not get any space to put our legs in any country of the world.

'Our identity is our Motherland, so if our motherland is assassinated we all will die'. Our King and all his family is assassinated which is also not smaller than the assassination of our motherland. So, let we be aware of this matter. Let we save our Motherland. Let we move to save Democracy handled us by our late king Birendra. Let we move to make our Nation 'the Zone of Peace' as directed by our late King Birendra.

Public Safety Regulations 2001, against the Constitution and Human Rights The government has ruled the 'Public Safety Regulations 2001' which has provided the complete power to the Chief District Officer. Many provisions of the Regulations are against the Civil Rights guaranteed by the Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal 1990. It has banned the protestors in many ways. The CDO can arrest and prison without any notice to the protestors. The rights of freedom of opinion and expression, freedom to assemble peaceably and without arms; freedom to form unions and associations; etc. are violated by the Regulations. The whim is spread in Kathmandu that the Democracy is being collapsed slowly. People are feared of the Regulations and other behaviors of the Government. HURPEC Nepal also released the Press Statement stating that 'the Public Security Regulations 2001' is completely against the Constitution of the Kingdom of Nepal and Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948, so it request the Government to withdraw the Regulations'. It has also appealed to all the Nepali people to move against the Regulations and save the Democracy.
Dangerous Conspiracy behind the Massacre ! Although the National and many Foreign medias are blaming late King Dipendra for the massacre, and disseminating the news that late King Dipendra was fully drunkard who killed all his family, but the Nepali people are not ready to believe it. The Investigation Commission has started it's works, and it's period is also prolonged for more four days. It is thought that there must be dangerous conspiracy behind the massacre who may run other massacre in coming days. The sources near the Royal Palace reports that there were many cooks and workers at the Dinner of Friday night, but they all are disappeared till now. Some of the ADCs and Armies of the late Royal Family members are also disappeared. AS the postmortem reports were not made of the dead bodies of late royal family, the source says that the head of queen Aishwerya was fully damaged and body was divided in two pieces which may not be only by the bullets. The half of the body of late King Dipendra was also cut off and there were so many bullets at the back side of Dipendra, which shows that some other shot Dipendra, the source reported us. It is also reported that during the period of Curfews in Kathmandu, many dead bodies were taken out of valley in the vehicle of Army. 'The Prime Minister Girija Prashad Koirala was reported after two hours of massacre and taken to him to the Royal Palace. It is also the matter of mystery. On the other hand, the foreign medias (specially of India, USA and UK) are always disseminating the news blaming Dipendra without any investigation of the massacre. Who is providing this news to them ? It shows that there is the hand of foreign countries for this massacre,' the source reported to us. However, the Investigation Commission is running it's works and it is necessary to wait the report of Commission first.
